N.C. Lottery to roll out 3 new games in October
Numbers games coming sooner than expected because of demand October will be a busy month for the N.C. Education Lottery. That's when the state will debut Pick 3 and 5 games and plans to start selling a controversial scratch-off game featuring the Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes. The number sequence 6-6-6 is seldom associated with luck, but Kentucky lottery players appear optimistic. S.C. Lottery Stops Selling Number "666"
The South Carolina Educational Lottery has stopped selling tickets Tuesday with combiations with 666 in it. That means no more 6-6-6, 6-6-0-6, and 6-6-6-6.
