Giving Tips.
LOL.. Ok.. let me see if I can explain what I meant by the statements.. Apparently it was misunderstood.. completely.. First.. There is no bribery...or crime with suggesting tickets to those who ask.. Second... I dont have inside information on the lottery tickets.. LOL.. If I did, why would I sell the winners.. ???????? Third... The tippers, regulars, and what-knock... are not someone just off the streets.. They have become friends with everyone .. We are not just a conve

Giving Tips.
I dont steer anyone toward a game unless I know they are tippers.. Believe me, I dont forget a tipper.. Others, get exactly what they ask for... Once they tip.. they are remembered.. ....so why don't you feel that bribery is a crime? You are admitting that stealing is a crime, yes? So let's say you really have insider information on lottery tickets and only provide that info to people who reward you. As you say, this is not something you do out of the goodness of your heart, but for money

convicted felons and lottery winnings
In spite of the overgeneralized question and the fact that its contingent on the actual guilt and crime, I do concur that if the rules of the lottery do not discriminate then why should the payor. Stop using such ludicrious examples such as Ted Bundy or serial killers who are forbidden to make a dime off any convicted crime. They are extreme examples and are NOT allowed to purchase or lay claim thru the prison system to buy lottery tickets. Who would take them? They are serving life sentence

Hoosier Lottery Email response
Call an attorney and ask...that's what they get paid the big bucks for....we also know that most first time offenders get slaps on the wrist....this is not a serious crime....Also the only way a DA will know if you got any tickets in the mail..is if you TOLD on YOURSELF...now that is silly..or unless you are are on some sort of watch list or are under investigation for something else...

"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
TheGameGrl says: There is a reason that skepticism exist, it keeps some folks grounded. Its plausible to conceive and venture on the realm of possibilities. I agree.Public skepticism is probably the most powerful deterrent to corruption in the Big Games but, unless they move these drawings to Indiana, we shouldn't worry about it too much. While the initial scenario outlined by NoCompLotto is certainly possible, given the right circumstances, I don't think he's (my apologies if my assumption is

Is it Legal if...............
Shawnintennesse-As usual you are way off the mark. You are innocent until proven guilty. There may be some innocent people in prison, but all were convicted in a court of law.You can, of course, be arrested if someone accuses you of a crime, but they have to prove that you did the dirty deed beyond a reasonable doubt Better ten guilty men go free than one innocent be punished is a phrase that all people involved in the judicial system are very familiar with. I'm sure you remember O.J. Simpso

The RIGGED Jackpot (PB & MM) Computers!
Whats the gain for MUSL to fix the outcome? How much increase would the bonus be? The accountants gotta be counting the money, so no rip off there. No return, no crime. Petty thiefs rob a 7-11 for dollar twenty-five. No body rips of the lottery for zero gain. To prove you can do it? Not gonna happen.

Remaining anonymous if you win jackpot?
Hehehe - South Africa! Checked the crime rate lately? If you want to live longer than a week, you better check it out. I had a buddy there last month, they chased him down the main street of the capital with a pickup; until they ran him over. He is back here recovering right now! Big steel plate in his head. Talks kinda weird. You would be safer in a row boat in the Gulf of Mexico right now!

Should criminals collect jackpots?
Hmmm, I guess more money could allow a criminal to finance what it takes to commit a better crime, but that kind of jackpot money would only work if the government put him into the witness protection program or all his old friends would make it hard to reform his life.A good question for the guy who lost his prize because he supposedly bought the winning ticket with drug money . . . did winning use up all his luck so he got caught?BobP
