I've mentioned picking by bits as the foundation for developing a strategy to pick a winning set of numbers, here is a walk through on developing the foundation of a strategy for picking numbers this way. The odds change as your last digit changes. Some have 4 possible some only 2 some have 3 so the odds change but they are still like 2 in 135 in the 39/93 because you are still trying to pick the correct back pair. If you know for certain which back pair will hit then that would change your odds big time as in 2/20 as you play all possible front numbers to the 2 possible back numbers.
