Does anyone know the limit of tickets they sell for pick 3 and pick 4? tried buying 9-9-9-9 and 9-9-9 for tonight. Both were sold out. edit: found the answer googling. I need exactly 4 drawings per forecast which means combining at least 2 states together since most states only have 2 drawing per day. I do it this way because I analyze the 15 permutations that 4 drawings produce in order to be more accurate precise. 4 drawings per forecast = 15 permutations of drawings to analyze.
