A few days ago, a Dollar store owner in Tarrytown NY took off having something to do with Lottery fraud. he just vanished, store is in shambles. These retailers cash lottery tickets for persons who can't report income such as people on welfare, workers comp., people who are illegal aliens, owe child support etc. etc. That's why the one guy on the video couldn't remember buying the $5K lottery ticket at th mall, becasue he didn't buy it.
