How is this not a massive fraud by the Florida Lottery?
I am not going to start a non-profit to combat this. The governor of Florida is a crook who bought his way to the last two elections and since his massive Medicaid/medicare fraud did not result in jail time and the state rewards slimeballs with elections to office, I have no faith that there is a single government entity that will pursue this matter. Florida is where every sex offender, crook, ex-con and carpetbagger run out of town on a rail somewhere else eventually ends up. It is the Wild Wes

So much for those big jackpots from Mega Millions LOL
I don't agree with or quite understand sfll, but that's partly because of the ESL issues. But food stamps/EBT can easily be abused, where they sell them for cash, which they can then use on booze, drugs, lottery, etc. It s a welfare fraud scheme costing U.S. taxpayers $750 million a year. People are illegally selling their electronic food stamp cards on Craigslist and other social media sites for cash. http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2013/11/03/food-stamp-fraud-beneficiaries-illegally-

My idea of minimizing lottery fraud
What if every time you buy a a ticket, you have to slide in your ID to a machine and the machine will automatically print your name, address and whatnot on the back of the ticket? Only those whose name is printed on the back of ticket can claim the prize. This will prevent slimy clerks to take advantage of less savvy players. It will also prevent anyone else to cash in your ticket if you lost it or if yours is stolen. An added advantage is the lottery can help you automatically track

Welfare & Jackpot Lottery Winners
I see so much welfare abuse ... Go to casinos and see the visa / credit/ debit $$ get withdrawn from the free $$ bank... There are people that live in other countries that make one trip a year to the states to make their appointment then to bank machine to w/d their yearly funds then jet back to where they come from... If the govt would make a person come in pick up their free $$ monthly using their fingerprint every state would see less fraud.. If you win lottery $$ then you should have to pay

Finding a lottery ticket
Well of course I don't know the laws but I would think you would only be committing fraud if you signed something at the time that you claimed the ticket that said you purchased the ticket. It would all depend on the wording of claim form that I was signing on whether I was committing fraud or not. The PB tickets I buy have date/time store number, and I'm sure this information get stored in lottery database so in most cases if the store where ticket was purchased keeps an archive of surveillance

do you think florida will go computerized?
Very few attorneys are willing to jeopardize their practices to challenge the state. In Indiana, we shopped our evidence file around to various attorneys for over a year. Three different firms have told us that what we've collected is probably sufficient to convict on at least three federal RICO predicates (Wire Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud and Misappropriation/ Conversion of Public Funds). None are willing to file our case in court, however, because, the state house can make it v

The possibilities for fraud in RNG games
Most of us don't have the option of playing state games without playing RNG. Everyone says they don't trust it, don't like it. What do you really think? J

Prime ticket service
I use them about two times per week, and I haven't had any problems with my credit card getting declined.Maybe they are just using a picky credit card processor, which is thinking you're posting duplicate orders or something. Who knows what can trigger an alert these days, when credit card fraud is rampant, and these credit card companies are getting anxious.A couple of suggestions I would offer would be to (a) group your purchases together, so that you put everything you want in your cart at o
