Lets discuss the merits of this. What is the poor man's blind trust ? It's a lottery club. So I was reading through some old stories earlier about lottery winners using Blind Trusts to claim their winnings anonymously. Blind trust to stay anonymous
If someone wishes to remain anonymous to claim their lottery winning, however they then hire a lawyer to make a blind trust is it possible the lawyer can cheat the winner out of their winnings. If so is there a way not to be cheated if it goes into a blind trust? I wouldn t want anyone to be in control my the money I would win.
