The only thing that I can suggest regarding the Smartphones for the kids, is limited function.
Let them go all out between the hours of 7 PM to 10 PM. By then their homework should be done and not by GOOGLE.
The carriers would have to agree and it could even be mandated by Federal Law. (That would benefit us all immensely! They would have to THINK again!)
We have a ton of work ahead of us. Everything starts with the kids. Most likely they are accustomed to all the things that are, NOT so good for them. I don’t even have to mention what.
Those things are doing a serious number of “dumbing them down”.
They don’t even have to know how to spell anymore. (Or homework assignments practically…just run a search on it. Done! Scary!)
Google and spellcheck and smartphones will do it for them.
What do we do about it? The beast has been unleashed.
Moderation may be the key, but how do you tell a kid that they can only use their device for 2 hours a day when they are accustomed to taking it to bed with them. (24/7 and even the young ones…scary!)
We can’t go back in time and start fresh. (I wish!)
I have never owned a smartphone, just a regular one with text messaging.
Don’t want one. Just my PC to do my work on. My systems.
I and a few others know that it is doing a serious number on them.
I am talking to some people about this and it needs addressed and soon.
I don’t have the answer right now.
But I do know that the smartphones are NOT making them smarter.
That is a problem.
A force is forcing me to share. And I was in the middle of something! Lol…can’t argue.
Back to the work program for released inmates.
When I did my time, I worked. I was given a lot of responsibility. I could roam the prison with a tool box even. My shop was outside of the prison. I would eat my lunch along the wood line and smelling free air while I ate.
It changed my life because someone had faith in me: The Department of Corrections. (Which is rare, but someone saw something in me)
I just know that if the guys and girls were treated somewhat the same, it would change this unrelenting cycle that is killing the taxpayer to where there is NOTHING LEFT, to do anything GOOD.
You will be surprised what a little faith in someone will do.

This is scary but it is very prevalent in the United States. It has to be nipped in the ass!!!!
When I was doing my time, I would make time to write letters for guys who couldn’t write and their family couldn’t afford to receive collect calls. They cost a fortune!!!!!!!!!!!! (Should be Criminal!!!!!!)
Can you imagine that?! Locked up and you can’t even communicate with your family? It makes me cry because I know that it is happening right now, somewhere.

I have to share this with all of you, especially fellow Christians.
Before I came to live with my mother, I was staying with my brother and his family, before they had their new house, the place was small, 5 kids remember. I lived in their shed, in a tent all winter long.
I had electric and my sister in laws laptop. All I did was work on the Sleuth, 20 hours a day. I knew I was close to the tweak I was looking for. Hitting like crazy and I was selling some numbers to the Bahamians to make ends meet. Pure obsession! My nieces and nephews would bring my food to me. I would only go in the house when I had to get a shower or use the restroom.
The place was right on the PA/OH line and I was doing very well with OH as far as the numbers go, and my brother and I tried to tee off on them. We played 146 straight 10 times, it hit 148.
I look back now and there is a reason for that miss. If it would have popped 146, I would have never went back to my mother’s house, I had other plans.
Roughly 5 days later I woke up in the morning and told my brother and his family that I was going to live with my Mom. I still remember my sister in law asking me, “what brought this on all of a sudden?”
It was Christ, and when I got here my Mom was 80 pounds soak and wet and near death and NO hospital was going to fix her. You should see her now, and yes I am balling. No choice in the matter…lol
Never under estimate the power of Christ.

I told my brother that I thought He was going to take me, but He isn’t.
He wants me here to make sure things get done. For now.

To the dudes, you don’t have to wash your car every day to try to get the girls. As long as you have a ride, you should be good to go.
Heed this warning.
(After your shower, don’t throw your towel in to the hamper after one use. Here is what I do: I hang it up and hit it with a cheap box fan. That dries it in a few minutes and it can be used again and it won’t get all mildewy. MUCH cheaper than loads of laundry! Trust me on that. The box fan is just a little motor. It will cost a couple of pennies if that. I have been doing this since I can remember, since I have been on my own. It is the RIGHT thing to do.

Earlier, I had a conversation with my brother and the subject of “swimming pool chemicals” came up and how expensive they are. Why so expensive? (They cost a freaking fortune!)
The poor is out of this loop for obvious reasons.
You have the “middle class” (My brother and his family. Five kids. Big sacrifice to get the pool safe for swimming)
You have the “well to do”
The “Bean counters” know who is most likely to buy the swimming pool chemicals.

I need to apologize for using this word, “brain dead” and for the way I spoke in the “Term limit” piece.
Nothing personal, and I know that you all are great caring people. The whole current administration and their families.
I love all of you, but it just isn’t working and I see so many things that are scaring me to the point where I want to leave here. It’s out of whack, and that’s mildly put.
Some things, I cannot even speak on without getting myself in trouble. I will let the Supreme Court handle that. I trust that the Justices will do right for our Country. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes.
Much respect to you all and I mean that. Such a storied history, our Supreme Court has. I could read some of the stories for hours. It really gives you an insight of just what America is and should always be.
I have to sweep my back stairs and cook. I am working on a couple of really good ideas.

Good morning everyone. The numbers will be back tomorrow. I just had to have a little break from them and I just can’t do them, the new ones, and not go through them, each Sleuth. I do go through them and each one because I know that they are special. They are what should be.
Like what I have written on this thread/Blog. Is what should be. I would take that to my grave with me.
We need to get our guys in there to make serious change happen, for the better. No progress if we don’t!
I know that some of you think that I am sticking up for the criminals and that couldn’t be further from the truth. I am not, I am sticking up for each American taxpayer who works very hard for their money.
We have to out think the problem!!!
Every time you look a new prison is being built at a serious cost to the taxpayer!!! You wouldn’t believe what it takes to run one!! Mind boggling!
Why are the prisons being built?

Recidivism (To reoffend)
They are almost forced to reoffend with the current system.We are wired for survival. We would all rob to eat. It is how we were wired. It is how we made it this far. Trust me on that!!!
We need to nip this in the bud, NOW!!!!!!
Prisons are sucking up all the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A Government work program specifically for inmates who have no resources, no one there to lend them a hand up (A lot of them have nothing or no one and some are even afraid to leave prison)
The program will be located in various locations throughout the United States. This will give them some hope. And save so much money in the building of more prisons. It has to stop!!!!! It is never ending!
It will give the guys some decent money in their pockets and it WILL make this Country look beautiful, again. She is getting ugly and I hate to say that but it is true. (Makes me cry)
We need to make this happen, and it will!
The best course of action and you have to believe me on that!!!!!
