Lotto company can control lotto machine
At first I used to think that maybe they added a few duplicate balls in the machine, as they could not be seen clearly while the machine is spinning. But then I thought how embarrassing it would be if they drew duplicates. Or maybe they used less balls to narrow it down, because how do we know that there are actually 55 balls in there? They should show them in one big line going into the machine prior to the draw, this would erase some more speculation. But it would take all the fun out of playin

winTrack.com
In his sales letter, all he asks is for an explanation as to why I'm sending it back. I basically told him that what he said in his sales letter is contrary to what is outlined in his system. In his sales letter he says that he took all the hard work out. I'd hate to see what it would look like if he left them in there...LOL I also told him that I don't have the time or patience to do such long workouts. I'm not saying that it's a bad tracking system. All I'm saying is that it's not for

How to win more lotto for less money.
The above depends on the lottery rules(legislation) one is participating and individuals preferences. Nearly all lotteries follow a parimutuel payout system or parimutuel system combined with a fixed payout for the lowest category prize. On average across the board 45%-55% of the draw ticket sales is allocated to most prize funds. The rest of the sales is divided among good causes, government taxes, retailers in commissions, and towards operating costs for the lottery corporations.CASH only

Advanced Lotto Tool Lite
I don't know if the 30% was just on the profit made or i it was 30% of the total sales of tickets before cost deductions, such as having to pay the lottery prizes and the costs of running the lotteries (salaries of the workers, publicity and Etc.).

Pick 3 best system of all time
Also noticed another interesting thing about your picks there. You posted your picks well after the sales cut off time, 9 minutes before the draw. LP doesn't change the time on your post if you edit it so I'm not so confident those picks are legit either. Have you posted a pick of your winning ticket?

Can't beat the state P3 Odds but maybe
Interesting concept of States competing with each other....... Why? No need to. Why compete with each other? If one state were to offer a better payout, would only increase sales for a short period. It would come from persons willing to travel to there from elsewhere for however how long it takes them to figure the odds didn't change. No state allows sales of its tickets outside its own state. Best hope of competition would be the multi state lotteries. But don't look for that any time soo

just discovered an amazing pick4 system
There are state pick-3 games that average over $1 million a day in sales and payout an average of $1/2 million in prizes. Somebody has to be collecting that money and it probably is a handful of players with consistent playing strategy.

LotSoftPro
Websites done with cgi, asp, jsp, php or whatever aim income by adds. Eventually some Indians or Bengladeshis click on the adds. Who knows what other traffic there is? Eventually all those lottery programs are hardly sold and sales depend of aggressive publicity.

I'm excited about purchasing this new system
You miss the point. The idea was to get the word out, if in deed it truly works. not to be an affiliate, or for the owner to make profits from sales. If the system works, the owner wouldn't need to make a profit. But if the most efficient method of getting the word out was to pay for advertising on the best lottery website in the world, then let it be done.
