Almost every form of gambling is about the timing. There is a news story about a Maryland player buying and winning on 10 straight and 10 box tickets even though he didn't play when his number came out straight just five years ago. Anyone that was at crap table when a hot roll began knew it's all about the timing too. Why doesn't the lottery reward players?
I've been thinking about this issue for a while, we as players should be rewarded in someway for even playing there ridiculous odds vs payouts. Retailers get 5% commision on all sales, we should also get 5% back . The more you spend the more you get back. 10% combining retailers and players. 5% is not excessive to reward players.
