I read that too, I hope he doesn't lose his funds from the government because of that. At least it sounds like they were trying to create a trust fund with what remained which was still a decent amount of money.

Raven, you are confusing me. Are you implying that we are becoming enslaved by an all-consuming ever-powerful government, or are you referring to past slavery in the US or the world? Members of every race have been slaves at some point during history. In any case I will point out that there is not one white person alive today that owned slaves in the US.

I won't buy lottery scratchers from now on. I picked up my measly winning few tickets, the prizes totaling $10.00, then reached into the garbage bag to recheck the non-winners. A fistful of non-winners was retrieved, and it dawned on me just how much money I've wasted trying to win these games. From scams to simple odds being against my winning, I think it's time I quit playing, and cease participating in this age-old ploy for the government to fatten it's coffers with my earnings.

The screenshot above looks like second chance drawing, so the storeowner must have dug thru his own trash for the tickets and entered them. I think that is legal. Yes, other times they buy discounted winning tickets from people trying to avoid the government.

And yes, was told by a group I was particularly close to - named my daughter after one... if a family didn't do as they were instructed, they would be kicked out of the clan - they would no longer have access to funds. This operation has been going on for over 40 years here and the government turns a blind eye - because they are organized? Wake up call.

You are absolutely right James, I have written the lottery about their distribution several times before. Random ticket distribution doesnt like add up like this, we have had another couple of big winners on the other side of town I always speak of. I am on the verg of freedom of information acting the lottery on their methods. If its on a government computer, via email, memos or the like, the public is allowed to see it. There is no doubt in my mind it is targeted. And they rape the rest of us.
