I see what you mean. I just tried to search 9905 and got the no results found message. Then tried several different orders of the same number but continued to get the no results found message. I'm thinking that for this lucrative state contract, GA must be using the same GRUBERS that did such a shoddy job on initial deployment of the government health care website.

Notice to CT Pick-4 players
I posted elsewhere that Connecticut now withholds starting at $600 instead of $5000. This means that now Play-4 straight bets, and 4-way boxes (eg 3111) are now subject to 5% CT withholding, even though the US government doesn't automatically deduct unless the prize is over $5000.

Most states happen to tax lottery winnings over $600, and everybody is subject to federal tax. Do I think it's right? I'm not sure how what I think is going to help anyone, because no state government is going to repeal a tax. That's why I can never understand these people who fight tax cuts. When there is an opportunity to get rid of some taxes, go with it, don't fight it, and don't believe the morons who say stupid things like, tax cuts for the rich.
