Florida Raffle Ticket $10 with 7 (700,000) Prizes
Hi MzP0k3rfac3 If the Raffles end today at lets say 590,000 tickets sold, that leaves 490,000 tickets remaining. There are 11 sales days left for raffle tickets. If we take 490,000 / 11 days, that means they would have to sell approximately 44,545 tickets per day to sell out. The way it looks now they won't sell out. The sales started off slow, ranging from 14,000-18,000 per day. Recently this past week they have been selling around 22,000-25,000 per day. I'm taking a wild guess here

Hi Sum, for sure the Lotto has stepped up the second chance for the new GR Supreme series (at least with respect to each of the top prizes). I too was pretty impressed by the top prize value from the recent initial draw. With draws going all year into Jan 2022 the total to be awarded throughout the draws definitely makes up for part of the payout % decrease we see in this game's $30 ticket compared to existing and previous FL $30 games (77% for vs 80%). I've not compared payout % levels from low

My instant ticket rant.
If the tickets are anything like here in VA the odds of winning over $1,000 even on our 30$ games are really astronomical. Like 1 65,000 is the best odds you'll see to win just $4,000 on a 30......only excpeption would be our 20$ cash party game where the jackpot is only $30,000, but there's 300 of them. odds are 16,320. It shouldn't be surprising at all that a particular store hasn't sold a huge winner given the realistic odds. Then you have theories and speculation that say the printin

Hey killerwill13, The 100X game is about 20% sold after being out one full month which is great for the lottery and shows how well the game sold during the first month. Now comes the real test over these next few months to see if sales slow down considerably given how rough a game it is. I may be way wrong on this one but i still think the lottery is going to be lucky to see sales of this game approach half the first month and think 5% is realistic...given 1,080,000 total books printed i am

Any reason why this forum is shrinking?
Instant scratch off tickets are more popular than ever. Over 50% of all sales for many lotteries. For PA, it's approaching 70% Similar for Arizona annual lottery sales . . scratchers 70%, Powerball MegaMillions 20%, everything else 10%. Just very little media hype . . like when the draw games annuitized jackpots reach $300 million for a $2 play . . as compared to $3.5 million for a $30 scratcher, but MUCH better odds!

Buy From 1 Place Or Multiple?
When looking from a birds eye/macro/overall perspective, sure this is true of course, that the winners will more likely come from a retailer that does higher volumes of sales. However, from a micro/case-by-case perspective, this in no way increases your chances of actually winning past the statistical odds, when we are talking about buying 1,10, or even say half the tickets in circulation. It is exactly the same whether you buy all your tickets at Publix vs Bobs Bumpkins store. I know most here

Your hunch seemed to be spot on James, haha. With 54 books listed as received in stock across the state, and less than 15 active...the question is do any other big prizes remain at this point? At this point, I'm waiting for AK Kwik, Niki Food Store, and the Sunoco on Dean Rd to try to get more books. If those books exist, I would hope that eventually the sales reps in those areas would collect them and eventually have them sent to the warehouse for redistribution. If these books

I am liking this new $25 game structure....heck, i don't play them for the $500 prizes and Gold Rush has that prize amount kind of locked up with such good odds on that $500 prize. I wish they did away with the other 2 - $10,000,000 prizes also because the odds on hitting a million look to be the best odds ever offered by the lottery. Think of it this way, 40 tickets to a full pack and with around 14,000 retailers selling at least 2-3 full packs the first week a game is released you have around

Correct, this is indisputable evidence of them trying to generate more revenue from sales. They think lottery players are profoundly stupid, and they ignore the few who actually notice and make noise toward these types of things. Heck, someone could make a lawsuit I'm sure using evidence from the ILR showing 2 $1M prizes remaining, showcasing through a website archive that they correctly updated the page to show two $1M prizes remaining. They then later changed it back to four $1M prizes

Also, raffle ticket was up to 554k as of 9pm. Unless it hits 45k+ sales tomorrow, it doesn't look like it will even hit the 600k mark. Will this jeopardize future raffles? Time will tell. They still profit, albeit, the margin isn't what they hoped to get. I calculated the odds being 1 in 86k at winning $1M with 600k tickets. Looks like it may be a tad bit better than that. Odds are 1 in 83k if it only reaches 580k ticket sales.
