Yes, 6:00 AM eastern. I believe that is when the lottery sales terminals come online. So, 7:00 AM your time, yes?

I gave the idea of a rolling jackpot more thought. To account for the fluctuation in sales between draws; a fixed jackpot would have to start at $50,000 to be safe. Then go from $50,000 to 100k 125k 200k.

Last night's FF5 drawing produced three winners of 72.4 thousand which equals a total jackpot of $217K. First time I've seen a Friday night FF5 jackpot of that size in quite a while. Lately they've been less than $200K, and Saturday nights have been running just a bit lower than 200K. I was sure the reason for it was the state of the national economy (inflation) but who really knows what's causing it or what will happen. JPT has been maxed out at $2 million since June 3rd. Has to be very

Agreed, a 10% drop in sales is a marginal drop. From a players perspective it'd sure be nice to see those $235,000 jackpots again. Interestingly enough, in past times of economic distress with things like low GDP growth and high unemployment I've read newspaper articles that stated there is often an accompanying rise in the sales of lottery tickets! Last year from January to the end of April, I attributed the big jackpots to Snowbirds arriving in Florida, but maybe I got that wrong. I know

10% drop in FF5 sales is a marginal decrease. Could be due to covid, inflation, change in discretionary spending. Or players could shift that 10% to other games such as Pick 3/4, Cash Pop, or scratch offs. I'm sure Florida Lottery isn't worried.

I read the news article on LP's home page about North Carolina's ticket sales being down due to the coronavirus. One kind of nice thing (if there can even be anything nice about the coronavirus) is that there hasn't been a lot of Take5 jackpot winners lately (that sucks!) and that's causing second place prizes to be larger than usual. Any jackpots that have been hit are in the $43,000 range, so people must not be buying as many tickets as they used to. It's either they aint buyin' as many or

Happy New Year. No Take5 jackpot winners since December 27th. Must be lousy ticket sales producing low coverage. (Not enough five number combo's sold to likely produce a JP winner). G5

Result 04/08/2016 - 3,4,8,15,35......2 adjacents! Both adjacents are the repeat from previous draw....When 2 repeats come it's hard it doesn't happen always.....Usually it happens on Friday,Sat or Sun probably because of high volume of ticket sales......So just a FP for me off a FP had 2 FP's

NC Cash 5
Yea it seems like money always chases money. Our local HS booster club sales tickets every year for a drawing for 10,000. Seems like the richest folks in town win every year.
