Powerball - Sales Cutoff
Connecticut's cutoff for Powerball sales on the night of the draw is 9:45 ET. That's 1 hr and 15 minutes before the drawing! I know all states are not like this. Please feel free to post your state's cutoff time if you are aware of it. It would be interesting to see when sales stop.

The new Canadian Lotto 649 sales are doing well and maybe too well. It apears like Lotto 649 is taking sales away from the Canadian Super 7 lottery. The sales for the Super 7 draw on June 18 were only 6.2 million tickets. This was the lowest sales since the Nov 28, 2003 Super 7 draw. Every state that is involved in the mega millions is claiming above forcasted sales for the entire last year and this year so far yet the lottery jackpots rarely seem to get boosted due to extra sales...
