why do black americans rarely win big jackpots
I'm just talking about the statistics and assuming the percentage of government jobs in D.C. is higher than in cities with a similar population like Denver or Seattle. Since the percentage of the population is much higher D.C. than Nationally and if the number of government jobs in D.C. is higher than Nationally, it should raise the overall percentage of government employees.
And probably why 12.6% of the National population are employed in 18% of the government jobs. Another example could be
