As many on LP would agree with me, we dislike CNG/RNG lottery games. The announcer called the wrong #, BFD. The scanners were all programmed right after the drawing with the correct data. Nobody got something they didn't win. As for your last sentence many states do not offer on-line sales. Luckily mine does.
