Watching if the CFR is right or not...

First, from last week...the RC 5 did NOT have a digit in the 30's, as was written on the 6th, the very next day, the high was 20, so those with low digit wheels should have cashed in.  As of today, 6/12 or 50% of Rolling Cash 5 did not have a single digit in them, CFR predicts this will not continue, but there may be another LOW digit coming soon.

The Pick 4 (OH) was looking for 55xx back on the 6th, along with 66xx. Since then, 5528 on the 7th and 4556 on the 9th. And it said a 6 on the front, with 6437, 6257 and 6419 having been drawn.

I will double down on 66xx this week, with several double doubles, 6677, 6688 6600 on my play slips and several 666x trips too.

Today's mid draw of 929 was #50 on the doubles chart which started on May 23, and was projected to run to Sept.1. The 17 day difference shows that more double digits were drawn more than was expected, with a very hot June and July for those.  The new chart started today is expected to go to Dec. 22, if the trend continues, it could be there by Thanksgiving, so keep an eye on your double digit plays.

The DATA for the double digits goes back almost 4 years, with an average number of draws per double digit at 280, with these three over 300--11x=313; 66x=303; 22x -301. The COLD #s are 44x with all other falling close to the avg of 280.  These have been consistent over the last 4 years, so I will continue to play 11 and 22 a lot of the time.

For the month,so far, the CFR says HOT before cold.  Let's see how accurate that is starting today.

In the Pick 3 game we have not had a 4 or 7 in the first slot, no 8 in the second slot, and not 4 in the third slot.

3 has 4 in first slot (9 and 6 already have 5), and 4 in the third slot and 8 too.  The CFR says I should play 3x4/8 before I play those not hit, with the tripping point exception of the 7 in the first slot, which has not been drawn in 50 draws...so it gets a lot of attention in wheels.

So to summarize, I'll be playing more balanced wheels in the RC5, with a few without any 30's, and a couple with three single digits, 4,5,8 and 2,4,9 and wheels with all the single digits in them.

110, 224, 667 are favs for the coming week. Still like 6668, with the double doubles mentioned above.

Will the CFR be right about the HOT before the COLD (4 drawn before 0 drawn in the month)...we're about to find out.

Six days into Aug.

As the CFR predicted, in OH Rolling Cash 5, we've seen four of the six draws without a single digit in them. I will continue those types of picks while adding NO numbers above 30, in the next 6 days.

We started strong with the Pick 4 with 3211, and also 4114, also predicted by CFR for 11xx. So good for that. Still looking for 55xx, and also 66xx, with my cards having a few of 666x, like 6668, is one I'll be playing.

Pick 3 slowed with double digits, as was expected due to so many last month.  But, from today forward, I'll have several double digits in play, 00x looks promising (700), and 55x better hit soon too, might be ready for a trip.  So play on.  From a data perspective 7 in first slot for Pick 3 has crossed the trigger point, so I have many 7xx combos. In the Pick 4 game, data says, Play with a 6 at the start, in fact, 66xx looking good, as you see above I'm in on that.

July data, Aug. predictions with the CFR

First, due to my own lack of awareness, I missed my goal of daily posts in July, due to getting a time out and a warning also. In Aug., my goal is a twice a week post goal.  Maybe I can hit that one.

I am posting DATA from July draws in OH, although the group tracks almost all state lotteries (we don't bother with WY, ND, MT, NM, SD and a couple of others), you can use these OH data points to compare your own state's draws, fair enough?

In July, OH Pick 3 had a WHOPPING 38% of DOUBLE DIGITS far above the national avg. of 27%, and way beyond my 20%.  The CFR (COMBINATORIAL FREQUENCY REDUCTION) did predict July would exceed the norms. So congrats if you played those in wheels.  I, personally, lost in July, the group did better, around break even...but as a reminder, I am Kenny Rogers sitting at the table, and don't count my money until the dealing is done.

Which means we reconcile our books in JAN. after a year of betting and so far have a decade long streak of being in the black. My hope is, in testing the CFR, I  don't end that streak, YIKES. So, in Aug. I will cut back to the 20%, one in five, of double digits in the pick 3 OH game.

There were 4 SEQUENCES; 897, 576, 534, 435.  And seven ADDS: 963, 426, 523, 761, 437, 448, 178.  This was almost twice the monthly avg. for the last year. The most drawn was 12 in first digit slot, the least was 5 in third slot with only 3 draws.

Rolling Cash 5 had 16% (below avg.) of draws with NO SINGLE DIGITS, so in Aug. I will have more wheels without a single digit (1-9) in them.  It had 4 with 3 single digits, 2 with three teens, one with three 20's, 4 with 3 30's and most would play COLD or three 20's, but CFR says play the ones with four, time will tell.

In the Pick 4 game, three with trips; 2666, 3383, 0555 and three with pairs; 5775, 3443, 8338.  Most hit was 0 in the fourth slot with 14, least hit was 6 in first slot with just ONE. Double digits with four, 55xx, and 11xx had ZERO in July, so in Aug, I'll be hitting the 11 and 55 heavy to start. There was one sequence; 1290.  37 of 62 had doubles in the picks.

So that is the summary for JULY, for OH, you can compare those tracking ideas with your own state. See you in Aug. OH, wait, see you later in the week.

For older members, my Lou Costello voice:

"I was a bad boy."

That a catchphrase of the great Lou Costello of Abbot and Costello fame.  I was put into time out, and hopefully, my bad boy shenanigans are past. Anyhow, that is why I haven't posted but instead of going back and posting those yesterday thoughts, today...just sort of a here and now.

With 21 double digits (66x, etc.) in 58 draws so far in Ohio, it is a whopping 36%, well above a 27% avg, and wayyy above my 20% rule of thumb.

Go back to my July 2 post where I wrote about the Pick 3 games and ended that post with the thought: "when it rains, it pours", and indeed it has been raining double digits here in OH.  On July 8, I gave a first week summary and wrote that I would be playing 33x and 77x.  Since then  433 on the 17th, 772 on the 12th, 077 on the 26th, and 313 on the third, showing, so far, this combo has come up 4, out of the 21.

Players wheeling a lot of 66x have really cashed in too. 6 doubles of 66 this month.

And from now on into Aug.  I'll be heavy on NO SINGLE DIGITS in the Rolling Cash 5 game.  Anyhooo....hope to be back up and running tomorrow, and hopefully the good boy will be in control of the blog.

AI, the jargon spewing sychophant.

This is to let you all know, that the AI report is mostly pseudo scientific jargon that came up with NOTHING new, just a bunch of phrases describing things in a different, seemingly techno, sort of way...that's the truth of entering 40 years of lottery data looking for an edge in playing lottery games.

Dual bounded interval filters.  Huh?  It was like this through 150 pages of what in my mind was obfuscation, making things confusing and hard to understand. AI is great at this.

Anyone using AI quickly learns it is a boot licking sycophant. It kept telling me how great I was, how good my prompts were, how thoughtful, intelligent, and what a wonderful guy I was.  I told AI, "I don't need some dumb machine to tell me this, my mirror already fulfills that role."

So what good really came out?  CONFIRMATION.  No new systems, a lot of nonsense in math and jargon and confusion.  AI reminds me of my Ol Uncle, who would rather climb a tall tree to tell a lie than to stay on the ground and tell the truth.  AI climbed a lot of tall trees.

Go ahead, ask today. Any AI you choose and they ALL will tell you tonight's drawing is a stand alone event, and nothing in past has any influence on it, and that is one truth which it will tell over and over.

Did you know that card counting is not illegal, but it is banned in every casino, only because it increases by .05 to a possible 1.5 "edge" to the player who knows how many high vs low cards are left.  A 1% edge, very small percentage, yet enough to tip the scales.

And AI is right about stand alone draws, but the DATA did come back with enough confirmation that some of the reducing the field, tips the advantage to the player.  Such as eliminating the single digits in the Pick 5 of 39 draws like the Rolling Cash 5 in OH.

Yes, of course, yesterday's draw can't influence tonights, but the history of the game sez that 20% of the time it will happen and the longer it goes, the more likely it will happen, in this game the TIPPING POINT is 9 draws. So, after five or six draws, we start playing more wheels (matrices) which do not have a single digit in them.

It is important for you the reader, to understand the CFR isn't anything new, it is AI jargon given to lottery methods in use since the games began. What it really did was give us a framework of how to count cards in the lottery casino.

And although paper tests have shown promise, when we put our money where AI's jargon spewing tree climbing mouth is, only with money on the table does it count...and that is what I'm testing.

Don't let the AI obfuscation (fun word to say) jargon tree block the forest right in front of your eyes

Repeat, regurgitate, recapitualate ... this blog.

It has been my experience with blogs and forums since 1993, when they get more eyeballs, newer readers won't go back and read old posts.  That is why so many forums peaked and went down, because members tired of seeing the same old questions that had been answered many times before.

Since this is a brand new blog, gaining readers daily, there aren't too many posts one has to read to catch up.

This will be an overview entry so you don't have to do that (but it is smart if you do).

The blog is about DATA, DATA which we collected over a 40 year period and we asked AI last year if it could beat us in lottery play. Thousands of hours of time went into getting prompts and questions refined to the point we got an answer to our question, AI said YES I can beat you, and here is how:

It spit out a 150 page report full of math, formulas and exact methods on how it was going to beat us (and we've been successful over the decades, having never had a losing year).

It came up with the COMBINATORIAL FIELD REDUCTION via NESTED STRUCTURAL FILTERING and ABBREVIATED WHEELING MATRICES (CFR).  We started testing with "Monopoly" money, on paper, the first six months of this year.

We had four groups; low dollar players like myself, 150 to 250 per month, mid level from 250 to 500, high rollers up to 1k a month to WHALES, over 1k a month.

In July, we went live, using real money to see if the CFR had any legs to it, we'll do a bottom line eval at the end of the year, just like we have always done.  Month to month isn't important spend wise, but dollar wise, we want to be in the black come next year.

I started this blog to document my journey with CFR.  As of today, I have nothing to sell you. Maybe I never will, but if it shows any promise, I may write a low cost specialty report, as has been my bread and butter online for a couple of decades.  But it has to be showing some promise, meaning, I need to be cashing in myself before I even start to write the report, if I ever do.

So, you have the short version of this blog, my mission, and hopefully, a couple of reasons to follow along. Now, if you want, go back and read the first 22 posts (I missed 2 days  because I pushed the wrong button).

And if you have questions or comments, feel free to ASK and post, I'll do my best to see them and answer when I can. Thanks for reading this redundant post.

P.S. It is recapitulate, which I speeled wrong in the headline.

Prompt One: Can you (AI) beat us playing lottery?

Early last year (2025) we asked AI a simple question; can you beat us at playing the lottery?  And we chose several different AI and in defense of free AI, the paid ones gave us better answers in the beginning, but as we got deeper and deeper into it, both Chat GP and Gemini and others returned information just as useful as paid AI did.

What we got back from that initial question, were better prompts, better questions to ask.  Paid AI wanted to know what we were doing so as to compare, free AI just pretty much said the same thing, babble babble NO.

As our questions got better and better, and wanting to know how to MAXIMIZE our wagers, and feeding all known systems and methods into AI (because over the years we had them all)...it finally got us to get to prompts that allowed AI to give us the idea of NESTED STRUCTURAL FILTERING.

See, all AI kept repeating that any given draw was stand alone, and had no relation to past draws, and that is true. However, by feeding 4 decades of DATA and asking for it to see any given structures, it had an AH HA moment.

And although it warned us that on any given day, it was a stand alone draw, it conceded that we could reduce the field of play through filtering.

The final output, along with a ton of math (that I don't really care about, but some do) and formulas it created COMBINATORIAL FIELD REDUCTION via NESTED STRUCTURAL FILTERING and ABBREVIATED WHEELING MATRICES.

The testing began this year, playing on paper and trying to refine the CFR and the first 6 months showed us, that YES, it could beat us at playing the lottery, at all levels of play. So this month we all went live, and splitting the group into a control, those using pre CFR methods, and those USING CFR methods, and a mirror group was installed.

If a low money player, like myself, used CFR, then a low money player in the control group would match the dollars wagered. Same for mid and high money players.

Although TEST data gave positive results, we won't know for sure until the end of the year when we have 6 months of live money where are mouths are results.
Then we conclude on whether or not AI can play the lottery better than we could on our own.

I'm betting on AI  and the CFR advantage.  And believe DATA driven methods will beat the old world ways of all the lottery gurus selling systems prior to AI.

So that is how we started, a simple question.  Now we'll find out. DATA vs Gurus.

Entry #23

It's due, it's due, it's due. NO it ain't.

One thing AI taught me about DATA is it isn't due until a tipping point, and even then, could never come up.

I had my own confirmation bias, having tracked the OH lottery for over a decade, I would scour the charts looking for what I thought was an IT'S DUE number, and spent a lot of money thinking cold numbers had to come up. Over a decade, sure they do, over a month, even a year...may not.

What the DATA analysis did tell us, a hot number, those picked 4 times in a month, is actually more likely to come up again before the cold due number.  I had a hard time to overcome my bias on this idea, it feels counter intuitive.

And I wish I could say I follow the data, but take this evenings Pick 4 in OH, 8338 where both 33 and 88 have come up four times this month as 11 was due, Guess which I played. Yeppers, the losing 11.

Knowing what data tells you you should do, and actually doing gets lost in the bias we all have around. Well, now I'm going to double down on 11 even though 00 has also been drawn 4 times in July so far.

Having learned my lesson this evening, 0011 will be on my cards with several 11xx and 00xx too. Data does say that once a double digit in this game hits 5 times, it may still hit yet again this month.

But my gut says 11, and I now know better than to listen to it...but I'm still playing in spite of myself. Such is the strength of our own biases.

Do numbers have an affinity, or is it just where we look?

One question we asked of AI was about numbers having "partners" like 7-11 for example.  Why do we see this pair so often, and other affinity numbers, like 20-25,  The answer is no. But let me explain, because I almost always have a 7-11 and other numbers like 6-8.

What AI told me, and they compared it to a new car you buy. Before you bought the car, you never noticed that make or color that much, but after you have it, you see it everywhere. And I learned something new, and here I thought I knew everything.

Turns out it is called the Baader-Minoff or the Frequency Illusion.

Stanford professor Arnold Zwicky gave it the name of FREQUENCY ILLUSION.  It has to do with selective attention and confirmation.

So I wondered about this in lottery DATA, AND it turns out, that the reason (apparently) we fall in love with certain numbers is due to these brain tricks.  My address as a kid was 88 and then 125 and I still play these numbers a lot, because I guess, they were an everyday numbers in my childhood, so any pairing or giving them partner status is only in my head.

So this is why we tend to see these repeat numbers, like 7-11 but DATA Shows us they don't occur any more often that 6-12 or 8-13.

We also have a tendency to interpret our dreams along the lines of these biases too, but the lottery is nothing if not full of magic, mysticism, bias and even BS, let the win loss column be your guide...if u b winnin, keep on grinnin, so come on baby, 7=11 daddy needs a new pair of shoes.  Love how the mind works, or doesn't in the case of my lottery magic.

Today is tipping point day. And my weekend screwup.

I must have done something wrong this past weekend, my blog posts didn't show up...so here is a brief summary:

Sat:  My apologies for saying lotteries are front loading, that is not what my source(s) said, the % of prize money is apparently fixed, and can't be altered, so what I should have said is, look for 50 and even 100 dollar scratchers this Holiday season, it is their (lottery commissions) way to combat sports betting, which increases that time of year.

So, expect to see bigger prizes or more of them, and a high ticket price, I guess 50 to 100 is the avg wager on football playoffs at that time.  Start saving a little, even I will be buying a few of these HIGH COST-HIGHER REWARD SCRATCH OFFS.

Yesterday, I pointed out that TODAY was the day to take advantage of the DATA of the first 20 days of July.

In OH, this looks like this: 2 or more double digits, I like 11x and 88x and until the next one also 336 and 663.

Pick 4 looks good for 11xx, and I will be playing 111x, or triples in that game.  My main wager, for the rest of the month will be 1119, which pays 599 for 50 cent bet, can't beat that, will probably back it up all ways.

Rolling Cash 5 I like 3 20's, like 21, 22, 28 and will have several wheels of NO single digits and NO 30's.

If you keep data on your state draws, the next 10 days are CASH IN days, so good luck and with Jackpots high in both Mega and Powerball be sure to at least get in the game on these too, in fact, go ahead and fantasize about winning them both for over a Billion buck jackpot, you can probably do some good things with a few hundred million after taxes.

Keep a close eye on all numbers on the charts that have been drawn 4 times this month, good odds they will come up again, in all games.  I'm hot on 716 for this week.  Anyhow, even though we have a lot of summer left, start saving a little bit each week to cash in on the coming holiday season, history and their schemes say it is going to be a sensational time to play a bit extra.

More gossip. And why I will buy scratchers in Nov.

My sources tell me this Holiday season, states are front loading scratch off tickets, and we expect to see many post here just before Thanksgiving in USA, and more MILLION dollar winners than ever. Why?

Take this with a grain of salt, just more gossip. The reason which makes sense to me, but who knows?...is due to last year's Holiday sales lagging for the first time in a long time and the reason is (allegedly) is due to Sports Gambling and sites like Polymarket.

Legalized sports betting is a relatively new thing, Here in OHIO, the first year set all kinds of records and we quickly became one of the leaders in sports gambling.

In Nov./Dec., football, both college and pros, enter the playoff rounds.  And in the past couple of years, this has surged for betting. And now the bet on almost anything sites are also offering alternatives to gamblers as to where to put their money. And some of the parleys in sports, and long shots on Polymarket will pay more than most lotteries do, all things being equal.

The newness of these two things, again, allegedly, is putting a dent in consumer spending on lottery tickets this time of the year.

There is a theory, that is why the big games have big jackpots this time of the year, and there is DATA to support these larger jackpot claims.

But now, with the wide spread promotion of Sports betting and the many apps available, it should not surprise us if, indeed, the lotteries are planning a defense against this, one way by front loading Holiday lotteries, or at least the gossip I was whispered.

True or not, I am planning to deviate from my norm, and actually play some of these scratchers the first couple of days they come out.  If true, right here, you will see a lot of news about big winners.

If the economy continues the trend we are on, it is not surprising if lottery players look to other forms of gambling to see if they fare any better.  Most of us only have so much money to spend on these things, so a small part of budget, at least through the Holidays, will be put aside for some of the NEW high dollar scratchers.

But my sources, could be full of  it, and you all know what it is right...what the lottery gives us most days.

Entry #18

How much control do THEY have? Coincidence or control?

DATA from the past 40 years show that the Holiday season, Thanksgiving through New Year's day, have historically produced some of the biggest jackpots.  Coincidence?  The argument is that more people play lotteries at this time of the year, so the build up to bigger jackpots is accelerated. Could be.

But some conspiracy folks believe THEY control the draws to have these spending times of the year and THEY cash in big time.  Well, could be.  DATA does show an increase in play, and states do make more money during this time period, and THEY write it off to the "season".

With mechanical balls, it is assumed by most of us they are harder to rig. Sort of like elections, he he.  But with random number generator computers  which are programmed, it is assumed they are programmed in favor of the state, makes sense too.

Today, in mid July, we are at a low tide period of lottery play, with many on vacation, the participation not as big as usual, shifting of lottery play money  into higher gas prices, etc.  One good thing about poor economies and higher prices, higher food, gas and utilities, during high price times and/or inflation...more and more people play the lottery, often those that can ill afford it.

Keep in mind, it is nice to have a little slush fund set back for your HOLIDAY play, which also, according to DATA, is when more scratch off tickets win, again, believe to be rigged to give people more winners and thus, further play.  We didn't track scratchers, because we don't play them.

But if anyone of you keeps an eye on seasonal differences between the number of winners and bigger jackpots, it would be interesting. My best guess is, more winners at the holidays, means more play in the New Year, so THEY can recoup all those pay outs, but that is my best guess, NO data here to support this assumption.

We hear tell, more of the Pick 5 games may be scheduled to add a couple of balls to their games, this is unverified scuttlebutt.  To go from 39 to 43 or 45 makes for higher jackpots and more income for the state, and harder to win for us suckers.  We'll keep an eye on this.

Also, and this just a rumor, some states have advocates wanting us to fill out a claim form for anything over 200 dollars, no idea if this is true, but there are plenty of politico A holes wanting to tax us more and gather more data on us.  If you catch wind of your state, usually some jerk in the state legislature, wanting YOU to fill out claim forms for under 500, make sure you are aware of these skunkbags, eh?

One and ONLY post here re: magic and mysticism.

This is a DATA driven blog, and started this month to document our journey with the AI created Combinatorial Field Reduction theory as tested in real time and real dollars.  We don't know if the CFR will be useful in our pursuit of winning MORE often than we do now, which has a 27% ROI over the past decade.

So this will be my ONLY post on this blog about Magic/Mystical lottery play, fair enough? I'll get back to DATA tomorrow and any further thoughts on mysticism I have will be posted in that forum.

Although I discussed the six possible HI/LO combos in the multi-state lotteries, where all 5 are below the half and then 4, 3, 2, 1  and 0...which is the only DATA we found to be of use in those drawings...I personally DO practice a bit of magic, mainly using crystals and scrying.

I have not had any major success, no more than can be attributed to dumb luck on the few times I've had 4 numbers on one ticket, which doesn't pay squat...nonetheless, I still try to see the numbers in my crystal ball.

I have a few times dreamt of winning numbers, the Pick 3 game, but I have dreamt as twice as many losing numbers too, I find MY dreams to be hit and mostly misses. Still I try, because...

It is my opinion our IMAGINATIONS are the most powerful tool we are given to have any control over our lives.  Some of you might call it manifestation, but a look in the mirror reveals more about your control of your imagination and the results you have gotten better than any thing else you do.

You fat? If not a medical issue then a self control one. You poor? More of a misuse of your gift on applying your imagination than anything else.

So, even though I play most of my lottery wagers based on math and DATA, I still spend some time in the mystical world of hunches, dream analysis, license plates, addresses, signs, etc., all the magical ideas one has that occasionally brings a win to the table.

I'll spend the bulk of my lottery spend on DATA, but save a little to play my stupid dreams and whatever nonsense the crystal ball gives me (nonsense today, but the day I hit anything big, the greatest secret there is, HA!).

DATA only lies via misinterpretation, MAGIC lies all the time.

The half way through the month checkpoint.

Now our advice for low money players, those who only do 20 dollar a day or less, is to save your money until the halfway or better yet, the 20th of the month so you have DATA to work with.  Even though every draw stands alone, historical tracking and decades of DATA expose potential tipping points, as I have pointed out on this blog.

Bigger amount players, like 100 bux a draw, don't normally accumulate their funds til the mid month, they play every day.

So, if you are a smaller dollar player, from now til the 21st, is the time to note any potential tipping points or trends. I mainly keep track (on paper) for the OHIO games, but I note the Great Lakes games too, especially PA, IN pick 5 of 43 games because their jackpots grow much faster than OH, MI or WV.

What do these charts show as to coming trends/possibilities?

In OH Pick 3 games we expect at least 4-6 more double digits, like 11x, 66x and we'll begin to double down on these plays.

In OH Pick 4, we will be laying money down on 11xx and 44xx, and will more than likely keep a 1441 ticket in play too.

The RC5 in OH will likely have at least 3-6 more draws without any single digit, and I will have a few with NO single digits and NO 30's in them and .play more wheels with these reduced fields.

Now, this is the first month, as noted, we are live testing the CFR, Combo Field Reducer for short, so we'll have a close eye on the spend vs return on that spend, if any, or maybe we all get jobs as greeters at Walmart.
