North carolina NCEL rant so read on
NCEL is apparently playing lets cheat players out of their money and build up the cash for keno . Keep it up NCEL you will lose players much like Ty beanies lost their following many years ago. We are BEYOND tired of being cheated and lied to about the payouts .....yes you do lie about the payout do you see how many views we have on OUR board and it seems like some of the greater payouts not one single person has said they won. Therefore you LIE ! I meet no one in the store that says they won on those higher payout pick 3's . How is it that NEW YORK and other places get about 3 trips to OUR 1 ? Because your GREEDY ? you pass out 123 qp's with NO INTENTIONS of that number dropping anytime soon . I'm surely glad I'm not a pick 4 player you should be ashamed more of that b/c that should be higher payouts everyday not just a few days a month. Your going to run your good players off to OTHER states I have seen more street games now than ever before so when people go back to playing in the street and you whine and cry that your losing revenue then you know you've brought it on yourself. Our numbers drop in many other states but we have had more of the SAME numbers since AUGUST than anyone else . Over 120k views as I'm typing this but you paid out more last time on 226 than you did the first time ??????? Yeah lie to somoene else I wish you could get audited you can't figure out where to steal money so your stealing it from pick 3 players . you claim your putting it in school but our teachers and still some of the lowest paid in the nation . Yet you gave yourselves big healthy raises last year .You put out scratch cards prior to the the first tuesday b/c your scared your going to lose the welfare players you started that in late June what about those that get up and work each day the ones that don't get a check the first of the month oh yeah .Get your lottery straight NCEL or we promise to do what VA players did and get you honest in a court room . Do not think it has not been a subject of many players . One quad in 5 yrs but you want to keep your money and cheat the players . Make no mistake we are not asking for a hand out or to have numbers given to us just have a fair shake when it comes to playing and winning . Or we are going back to street playing and that you can be assured of.
