NJ Lottery Close Enough
I heard that the NJ Lottery will be eliminating the "Close Enough" type bet on the Pick 3 and Pick 4 bets. I'm not sure when but I think it will be when the lottery starts the addition of the "Fireball". This is some kind of bet that lets you use the "Fireball" to complete an otherwise losing bet on the other draw games. From what I understand, the "Fireball" bet will double the cost of whatever you played. For example if you played $10 worth of Pick 4 tickets and selected the "Fireball" option the bet will cost you $20.
