Just Get The Last Digit Of Pick 3,,
Example
RESULT 123 get 3 then multiply it by 9 then add 12
3x9=27, 27+12= 39 u have 39 then Syndicate it all

7=4
8=3
9=6
0=1
u have 39 pair is equivalent in 39 89 86 36 that all your pairs..
