I heard the reporter preface their "question" with a statement as if they were "in the know." A question is query into facts, not an upfront supposition without knowledge of those facts. I feel hostility contempt and gotcha disguised as a question. You may feel differently.... just how it feels to me. Some fault Pres Trump for his answers to reporters, but bear in mind he faces hostile reporter attitudes daily.
