New program for the NPCs

NPC is a gamer term meaning Non-Person-Character. The NPC is programmed by game to do only certain actions, say only certain sentences and do not deviate from their programming. NPC's are effectively animated bots which have a similar appearance to other game characters including game avatars/characters which are controlled by human players.
