"......Apparently undeterred, the Obama Justice Department submitted yet another application to the FISA court, this time omitting the name of Donald J. Trump and submitting it as a FISA specific case. The FISA court reportedly approved the application under the new and more narrow scope. Specifically, ties to two Russian banks: Russia’s SV bank and Alfa Bank. The alleged target was a computer server reportedly situated inside the Trump Tower.

Based on the lack of action consequential to that warrant and wiretap, it has been stated (and can be reasonably determined) that no actionable evidence was found.

Shortly before leaving office, Obama expanded the power of the National Security Agency (NSA) as detailed in the unclassified document titled Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the National Security Agency (NSA). As detailed in that document, limitations were changed on what the NSA could do with the information they collected through their surveillance operations. These changes effectively relaxed the restrictions on the dissemination of information collected on private citizens by broadening the access to such information.

It is also notable that on January 3, 2017, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch signed off on rule changes for phone taps.

It appears that President Trump has been provided the evidence of a paper trail leading to a FISA court that substantiates his assertions that Barack Hussein Obama, working in concert with others including those wielding the full might and power of various federal agencies, improperly obtained authorization to eavesdrop on the Trump campaign under the pretense of a national security investigation, and continued such monitoring beyond its tenuous scope even when no evidence of wrongdoing was found.

This is as serious as it gets."

"Projectionists – A projectionist is a person who operates a movie projector.  It is also the term used to refer to those who participate in an illegal or unethical activity but rather than recognize their own errors, choose to redirect their errors on others to deflect their own illegal or unethical activity.  Projectionists are cowards and frauds.

Democrats are master projectionists.  They are currently making up false stories about the Trump Administration participating in illegal activities with the Russians.  The Democrats are blaming their loss in the election on the false narrative that the Russians stole the election for Trump.

This is all ‘Fake News’ and there could be nothing further from the truth than to blame the Democrats massive losses in the November elections on the Russians. The Democrat losses in the 8 years under the Obama Administration are the worst of any President and any major party since World War II.  Rather than look at their own corruption that led to their losses the Democrats and their media are blaming Russia and the Trump Administration.

The Democrats are the party participating in illegal activities involving the Russians but they want to paint the Trump Administration as doing just that.

During the election, the Liberal Democrat Fake News remained silent but the Clinton Campaign engaged in unethical if not illegal actions with the Russians.  WikiLeaks released emails showing Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta owned 75,000 shares of a Putin connected energy company.  To cover this up, Podesta then passed the shares on to his daughter.

The Clinton campaign knowingly accepted foreign money as noted in emails released surrounding her campaign.  In addition, the Clinton Foundation was involved in more than 500 instances of conflicts of interest as reported by Clinton employee Doug Band.  The Foundation was used by the Clintons as a ‘pay for play’ operation where bribes to the Clintons or the Foundation are reimbursed in the form of political favors.

The ultraliberal New York Times reported in April 2015 that the Clintons received millions of dollars from the Chairman of the firm Uranium One which were not disclosed publicly and in return the firm received uranium deposits in the US.  At the same time the Russians were buying the majority stake in Uranium One.  Ultimately the Clintons made millions and the Russians took over a large portion of the world’s global uranium supply chain.  This transaction was just one of many that the Clintons took part in to amass their $250 million net worth over the past 16 years. ......."

"On the overwrought, partisan allegations that Attorney General Jeff Sessions committed perjury in his confirmation-hearing testimony, let’s cut to the chase: There is a good deal of political hay to be made because Sessions made a statement that was inaccurate — or at least incomplete — especially when mined out of its context. But the claim that his testimony was perjurious as a matter of law is wholly without merit.

Perjury is not inaccuracy. It must be willfully false testimony. Willfulness is the criminal law’s most demanding mens rea (state of mind) requirement. Prosecutors must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the speaker knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally — not by accident, misunderstanding, or confusion — said something that was untrue, with a specific purpose to disobey or disregard the law. Therefore, when there is an allegation of perjury, the alleged false statements must be considered in context. Any ambiguity is construed in favor of innocence. If there is potential misunderstanding, the lack of clarity is deemed the fault of the questioner, not the accused. ....."

But if we consider this matter not as a political dispute but a potential perjury prosecution, then the burden was on Franken, not Sessions, to be clearer. ".....You don’t have to be a genius to deduce that the controversy over Senator Sessions is a complete and utter crock served up by hidden actors with an unsavory agenda. There is obviously a big story here, to be sure, but it’s not the one we are being served."
