Hello Everyone!  I'm not a conspiracy theories person, however I was listening to a podcast the other day and the subject came up. Glycerin applied to balls to weigh balls down. So all it takes is a little applied to the hands and its really not detectable.... What do you all think? Do you think it could be happening in our state lotteries? Like the daily Pick 3 Pick 4?

 I have not had the luck in NC lottery like I did in VA.  I was winning often and sometimes 2times a day.  Only a few times did I win in VA Pick 4 and Pick 3 day and night.  I never win in NC, I was excited about supporting my state but I can count the times I have won in NC on one hand, also I have never won over 80.00.  Have anyone else experienced the same thing?

I was wondering if anyone have noticed how small the payout is for the Cash 3?  I guess we really got what we was asking for in NC,  cheated!  I tend to believe our Lottery is well fixed for players to lose.  How could a state with a great amount in population only have anywhere from 500 - 1600 on average in winners per night?  The amount of winners on any given day is so low, its unbelievable.  Alot of people in my community, which is close to Virginia continue or have started back playing Virginia.  If North Carolina is only paying out so little, our good state is really getting so so so rich from us losers.  I was hoping NC would be fairer than this, however we did trick our way into getting the lottery, so I guess we are paying for it.
