Well the jackpot was hit tonight and I had 2 numbers on 1 ticket and 1 number on the other.  I think after these two tickets expire I will spend my money on chasing Oregon Megabucks and Powerball.  Lets face it small jackpots do not let you get that new caddy and a new house only the big pots do.-weshar75

Next month will mark two important times in my life as I will be 31 years old and I will also be in my 13th year of chasing down various sizes of jackpots.  Both from the casino and the lottery.  My main focus in gambling is in two parts.  The first being my loyalty to Spirit Mountain Casino for my casino play and the Oregon Lottery for my Lottery play.  Now I will admit that I cheated on them from time to time like the trip to Las Vegas in 2000 to the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino and also the Hard Rock Hotel which is were I lost at.  Then their was the trip last year to Washington to get Mega Millions because I just knew I was going to win only to get $7 in winnings.  Their has also been places like Seven Feathers and Chinook Winds that are both casinos that I have put my money in at.  But for the most part it has been SMC and OR Lottery.  You tend to get burned out if you just play the same game year after year.  Although this September will be my 10 year anniversary with Powerball.  Powerball is my favorite Lottery game by far.  It has all the things that I look for in a game.  A big jackpot and a rush when you first look at your ticket.  It is that feeling you get when you have the ticket in your hand and the numbers are up.  Right before you look to verify the numbers in your head you think this is the one that is going to be mine.  It has not yet been the one but some day.  Some day victory will be mine!  OH! Yes!  VICTORY WILL BE MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I do tend to get tired of just the lottery though so I go to the casino from time to time in the year just to try at the smaller jackpots that they offer.  When you play a slot machine which is what I play it tells you right away if you are a winner or loser so to me that is the fun part.  Over the last 5 years I have been going with more frequency to SMC then the first 5 years since my turning 21.  So both the casino and the lottery have good parts to them and in the end it is all fun anyways.-weshar75

Lottery terminal maintenance is one of my big pet peeves.  I hate when the retailer has not kept track of the fact that the ink is going out on the machine.  I can not stand when my tickets come out printed lightly or when I get a ticket printed at the end of a roll of lottery paper.  The paper has streaks in it to tell the retailer that the roll needs changed.  I do not say anything because I figure they will just think that I am making an ass of myself in front of them so I keep quiet.  But I have to tell LP about it because it pisses me off I almost want to refuse the ticket when it is printed like that.-weshar75 

Well the keno ticket was a dud and dam you keno any way.  I turned in my $2 winner and got a $1 powerball ticket with powerplay for $2.  Come on powerball do not fail me now!  Daddy needs a new Cadillac!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-weshar75

Well I went to Stop and Shop for Diet pop and saw that the rolling jackpot for the 8-spot keno had not been won.  So I gave it another $20 try.  We will see if I can hit something.  I also have 2-$2 lucky lines for today's jackpot of $49,000.  1 megabucks and 1 powerball ticket for the jackpots of $6.4 million and $64 million.  We shall see by the end of the day if I will be a little heavier in my wallet.-weshar75

Well I finally got invited to Spirit Mountain Casino for a slot tournament.  I have to be their at 1:30 p.m. on 9/7/06 to register and then my play begins at 1:45 p.m.  The prizes range from $100 all the way up to the top prize of $6,000.  So I hope I do well enough to place in the top 20 because I will be assured money then.  By then the new gaming area will be open and it is called "The Peak".  It has the table games, some new slots, a snack station and a cash cage.  I will go and look but I probably won't play unless I get a prize from the slot tournament.-weshar75

Well my keno ticket was a $5 winner so I bought 2 diet pepsi's and gave the change to mother.-weshar75

Well I went to Stop and Shop and got me a $20 keno ticket because the rolling jackpot for the 8-spot is over $24,000 so we will see if I can hit something on that ticket.  I then got a $1 megabucks ticket with kicker for $2 and a $2 powerball with powerplay for $4 both for saturday's drawing.  We shall see if I come up with something.-weshar75

$1.6 million in cash is the take for saturday.  It will improve my life but mostly with the material things because it is not that much financial freedom when you think of in relation to the large jackpot games.  But yes it will allow me to be free of debt and get things like a new vehicle of my choice and new clothes.  A fancy new bed and a new computer system.  To me really all I want is a vehicle I do not have to share with any one because now mother and I share our vehicle.  So that is the first one on the want list.  The first one on the necessity list is pay off the bills then I can splurge on my want list.  My want list is full of toys.  I think my dream vehicle is the 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT.  I have been looking at that vehicle ever since they first put it out at the auto shows and I go to the Cadillac website and just day dream that I am behind the wheel.  The funny thing is I like to dress in tennis shoes and shirts and shorts year round.  Only in the coldest parts of the oregon winter will I decide to put on my favorite sweat pants.-weshar75

Well $14.5 million in cash is enough to bring me to a different way of life and see life in a new light.  To be able to journey to places that I have never seen and explore parts of this world I have yet to see.  Besides getting the material things which I think would fade because how much is too much.  I still would enjoy the chances at travelling to washington for mega millions tickets.  I also have one of my best friends in california so I think I would visit him and his family and get some cali-mega millions.  Life would definitely be a step up to the better side of life with that much freedom financially.  I think I would have to start to screen my calls so I do not put up with people looking for assistance from me.  As always the nature of the beast.  Haves versus the have-nots.-weshar75   

Well I have 2 lucky lines tickets ready for tonight's drawing for $47,000.  They are both my pick numbers all though they did start out as QP's and I just decided to keep on playing those numbers.  Come on numbers do not fail me now.-weshar75

Well I went to Stop and Shop by my own two feet and when I got their I checked my keno ticket.  It said see retailer so I handed it to the retailer and it was a $15 winner so I got most of money back.  I then got me two soda's and two deli cheeseburgers and came home.-weshar75

Well I went to the Stop and Shop to get lottery and came across the Keno t.v. display and the rolling 8-spot had an almost $22,000 jackpot on it.  So I went and got me a 10 draw ticket with the multiplier for $20.  We will see if I can get a hit.-weshar75
