 I need a good wheeling system that can wheel 10 numbers for the pick 3  the wheeler i'm using leaves out a few #'s recommendations appreciated( I have a good program source for most due 10 numbers)

This a test for a wheeler I found online; going to track daily wins or loses  Object:  buying all 120 #'s @ $0.10 for cost of $12.   In my Country Bahamas, online betting Pays $75 ( we now pay vat on winnings   ) for $0.10 straight bet.  I will see  if this is a lucrative investment within 7 days ( this wheeler dont give doubles or trips so I loose when any hits.
