Play 308 across the board people: this number hits constantly across the U.S.A.

Top ten hits continue to surface, probably averaging about 3 to 4 hits each month per state with 2 draws. I've seen as much as 7 hits in one month(one state), but there could have been more. I'm only following a few states.

my lottery theory is taken from a recent viewing of a PA. website. In this site, the total history of the PA lottery is broken down into historical data. My top ten list I have posted are the top ten hits in PA's history(boxed) since it's debut in 1977. In my initial trial, we have closed in on 60 or so hits. These numbers: 038, 136 ,145, 015, 016, 367, 689, 168,169, and 458, seem to surface just about every day in one or more states. If I could, I would like to know what the top ten numbers are that have hit in the USA over time. My guess would be that these ten numbers that I have posted would be strong candidates. Isn't this a good way to base your lotteryplays over time?
