Why people cannot win the lottery

Have you ever wondered why it was that you could not win the lottery?

The example below for Mega Millions for
February 26, 2008 work as follows: Look at the following numbers.

01 02 07 10 13 14 17 25 30 38 40 43 44 49 50 54
If you pick more then two numbers from here you will not win the lottery. In fact it is not possible for you to win picking two or more numbers from the top list of numbers and win the lottery. 
In fact it is best to pick just one number.

Look at the next set of numbers below.

02 04 8 9 10 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 30 37 38 39 40 41 45 47 50 54

If you take out all of the numbers from the first list from the second you get the following list of numbers.

04 08 09 16 18 19 20 21 22 37 39 45 47
Two or more numbers comes from this set for Mega Millions on Tuesday February 26 game.

The third row of numbers is made up of numbers that don't appear in the second list of numbers and they are as follows.

03 05 06  11 23 24 26 27 28 29 31 32 33 34 35 36 41 42 46 48 51 52 53 55 56

Remove from the third row all the numbers that appear in third row that also appear in the first row and you have the following numbers.
 

03 05 06 11 23 24 26 27 28 29 31 32 33 34 35 36 41 42
46 48 51 52 53 55 56

Is there any time that three numbers come from the second and third row of numbers and no numbers in the top row? Yes. You will always have at least one
number from the second row of numbers.

This is where I am right now determining which numbers will appear in which rows. Where did the
numbers come from? I cannot tell you.

This has nothing to do with guessing but rather the adding and subtracting of specfic numbers.
