First I found the loophole, now the number hit straight!

It's so many ways the play pick 3, it's ridiculous, but, I found a few theories that work.

The issue is, having a bankroll to play them, so, since I don't, lol, I really have to narrow my plays.

But, sometimes, just $20.00 bill cover a few theories that I find.

So, this was a few days ago, and I used a few resources.

First, was to find a loophole, "it was, EEO"

Anyway, I read the instructions, but, I am a visual learner, so, I will take it that, the numbers in parenthesis are the straights?

Today, we had, 261,  EEO.

We had, 692 a few draws ago, so, that is another theory, "Pairs repeating".  The other theory, 9 to a 0,,, or 0 to a 9,  well, 260 is what I was looking for, for sum 8 due on midday and evening, but, that didn't happen,  261 hit.

I know my son hot! that was his quick pick last night.
