I can't explain, why I didn't smash this number today.

Blackapple already posted, 2 digit return was going to happen, within the next 5 draws.

My quick pick was, 493, all I had to do was flip the 9 and play box, several times, would have got a hit worth talking about.

349 is overdue, so I went with that heavy.

Yikes.

 

Seen the pattern that , whatever numbers were hitting, the lil sis was following.

Trying to figure out these Root sums, and short sums, I didn't find any information here, about short sums, so, I found some information on "Abbreviated Sums", I think that's the same thing.
