This is the type of information I like.
Combined, midday and evening, hold sum 20 as a due sum.
Looking at sums statistically, shows me that either draw, sum 20 could hit.
I use a few different website to reduce the 8 sets.
I can reduce by sums, pairs, last sum digit, etc.
Filters are your friend in playing pick 3 lottery.
Off top, I know the 79x is due, so, for sure playing, 794, and because, 074 hit, that would be the 0 to a 9 workout, and with the 074=974.
Double 66 could repeat, and that would be the 866=sum 2, also, two digit return from the 876, 866.
The 69x is due, so 695, for the two digit return pair 69.
677 could be two digit return from the 627.
448, 844 hit two times, so, the other side could show face as 488.
389 could take the 38 pair, I forgot which draw it played.
578 use to be the #1 hitting box pick 3, two digit return from 876.
Last but , not least, 299 is unspoken! It's up!

Deflate 3 is a utility that can reduce a large list of Pick 3 lottery combinations into a smaller list of combinations (a process called "Filtering"), and organize and rank the combinations according to how many times they appear in the filtered list.
Additionally, Deflate 3 can produce a list of combinations by starting with either the complete list of unique box combinations (a total of 220 combinations) or the complete list of straight combinations (a total of 1,000 combinations), subtract any combinations you wish from that list, and then further apply any filters you wish to that list.
In combination, these abilities give you almost limitless power to shape and refine your Pick 3 combinations in any way you can imagine.
What does Deflate 3 not do?
If you have no idea how to come up with a list of combinations to play, and you're looking for someone or something to tell you what to do, Deflate 3 is not the tool for you.
To use Deflate 3, you have to start with an idea, such as "I want to see a list of all Pennsylvania Pick 3 combinations that contain the pair 13, and that have not been drawn in Pennsylvania in the last 6 months."

Instructions
Lottery Post's Deflate 3 system is designed to take a list of Pick 3 number sets (combinations) and reduce them to a smaller ranked list, by consolidating matching box combinations and applying filters.
Below are point-by-point specific instructions for using Deflate 3. If you are not sure how to use Deflate 3, or if you do not understand the terminology, it is all explained below.
- You must be a Gold or Platinum member to have unlimited use of the Deflate 3 system. (Read about Gold and Platinum memberships.)
- Standard members have a free trial period of 20 uses before the system is locked. Each time you click the Deflate Combinations button, your allowed usage is reduced by one.
- To get started, choose one of the three different modes of input:
- Enter the combinations you wish to Deflate in the input box,
- Deflate all box combinations minus the combinations you enter in the input box, or,
- Deflate all straight combinations minus the combinations you enter in the input box.
- The High/Low Filter allows you to include combinations with a certain number of high digits (5-9) and low digits (0-4). For example, if the combination 123 is in your list and the LLL option is not selected, then 123 will not be included in the output, because 123 is made up of all Low digits (LLL), and you specified that you do not wish to include LLL combinations.
- The Even/Odd Filter allows you to include combinations with a certain number of even digits (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) and odd digits (1, 3, 5, 7, 9). For example, if the combination 123 is in your list and the EOO option is not selected, then 123 will not be included in the output, because 123 is made up of one Even and two Odd numbers (EOO), and you specified that you do not wish to include EOO numbers.
- The In/Out Filter allows you to include combinations that have a specific number of "in" digits (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and "out" digits (0, 1, 2, 8, 9). For example, if the combination 123 is in your list and the IOO option is not selected, then 123 will not be included in the output, because 123 is made up of one In digit (3) and two Out digits (1 and 2), making it an IOO combination, and you specified that you do not wish to include IOO combinations.
- The Sum Filter allows you to include combinations in which the three digits add up to a certain value. For example, if the combination 123 is in your list and the Sum of 6 is not selected, then 123 will not be included in the output, because the digits in 123 Sum to 6 (1 + 2 + 3 = 6), and you specified that you do not wish to include combinations that Sum to 6.
- The Root Sum Filter works similarly to the Sum Filter, except the sums digits are continued to be added until the answer is just one digit in length. For example, to get the Root Sum of 757, first add 7 + 5 + 7 = 19, then add 1 + 9 = 10, then add 1 + 0 = 1 (1 is the final answer, since it is one digit in length).
- The Sum Last Digit Filter works by examining the last digit of the sum of the three digits For example, if the Sum Last Digit 9 is unchecked, then the combination 757 would be excluded, because the sum of 757 is 19 (7 + 5 + 7 = 19), and the last digit of 19 is 9.
- The Key Number Filter allows you to specify that combinations must contain specific digit(s) in order to be included. For example, if you only select the number 1, then only combinations containing a 1 (in any position) will be included in the output. If you select 1 and 2, then only combinations containing a 1 or a 2 (in any position) will be included.
- The Pair Filter allows you to eliminate (or keep) combinations that contain the two digits (pair) anywhere in the combination, in any order. Setting the Behavior to "Include all selected" will only eliminate combinations if they do not contain any of the selected pairs. "Exclude all not selected" will eliminate all combinations that contain any unselected pair, even if a selected pair is also contained in the combination.
- The Combination Type Filter allows you to include or exclude singles (all three digits are different), doubles (two digits are the same and 1 digit is different), and/or triples (all 3 digits are the same). For example, if 123, 667, and 888 are in your list and only Doubles is selected, the output will only include the 667.
- The Position 1 Filter is used to exclude combinations that do not include the specified digit(s) in the first position. For example, if only the numbers 1 and 5 are selected for the Position 1 Filter, then the combinations 123 and 599 would be included (because both include either a 1 or 5 in the first position), but the combinations 213 and 655 would be excluded because neither contains a 1 or 5 in the first position.
- The Position 2 Filter is used to exclude combinations that do not include the specified digit(s) in the second position. For example, if only the numbers 2 and 7 are selected for the Position 2 Filter, then the combinations 123 and 578 would be included because both include either a 2 or 7 in the second position, but the combinations 213 and 757 would be excluded because neither contains a 2 or 7 in the second position.
- The Position 3 Filter is used to exclude combinations that do not include the specified digit(s) in the third position. For example, if only the numbers 3 and 8 are selected for the Position 3 Filter, then the combinations 123 and 578 would be included because both include either a 3 or 8 in the third position, but the combinations 214 and 757 would be excluded because neither contains a 3 or 8 in the third position.
