Why not just request in writing for a certified copy to present it to the judge to get the suit dismissed due to lack of merit? But then he'd have to produce college records which might have citizenship other than American listed.

Yeah, but I think in Hawaii it's his maternal grandmother, the one that raised him from 12 ? on. . . After I wrote this I heard on the radio news he was there and was seeing his grandmother 85 yrs. old who is failing. But will be wondering if he visits the birth cert. dept.

No not heard about that. Aren't birth certificates considered private information not to be displayed without consent?

In Georgia you have to request one in writing, or if in person have to show identification or court document showing you have the authority to acquire a birth or death certificate for someone. If someone can obtain either birth or death certificates in any state through other means please elaborate.

Come on people! Give the CIA and FBI some kind of credit. Do you really think that they could allow someone to infiltrate the U.S. Government as a Senator and then run for the U.S. President without doing a thorough background check? I believe they are much smarter than that. You'll have to come up with one better than that for me to believe it.

They don't investigate unless a complaint has been made.

Seems since Chicago politics is said to be interlaced with deep mafia ties anyone investigating wouldn't be "able" to complete much less publish it.

Up to now no one has filed a lawsuit and sent up a red flag for a more thorough investigation.
