Supreme Court to Obama: Prove It

The Supreme Court of The United States of America gives Obama until December 1st to produce his birth certificate showing he is a "natural born" citizen of the United States and therefore quilified to hold the highest office of the land.
He can't because it doesn't exist. Obama will have to also answer for posting 3 fake birth certificates on the D.C. websites. He will have to answer for taking 600 million plus dollars in donations and defrauding voters.
Any person reading the Writ of Certiorari that Justice Souter accepted at the Supreme Court and says Obama must answer by Dec. 1 will understand the evidence with their own eyes.
The only part of the filing that was rejected by Justice Souter was the Injunction to stop the election. The Writ of Certiorari is still in play.
We are headed for a Constitutional crisis if this is not resolved. Anything Obama signs in office will be null and void. Anyone showing or telling Obama state secrets would be committing a crime.

The NC lottery is taken to the Supreme Court by a bunch of losers, as well. Many things goes to the Supreme Court from overzealous losers who waste their money, and the tax payers money and time.
I've never seen such a bunch of sore losers in my life.

It's a shame that this kind of stuff have to be clarified on this forum for people who think that just because something goes to the Supreme Court makes it true and it has merit. Konane took advantage of that ignorance. But that's the Republican's way to play everybody stupid.

If conservatives believed liberals forged documents Dan Rather would still be broadcasting ......... remember the Bush National Guard record? A bad forgery sunk Mary Mape's story which Dan Rather wouldn't back down on. The rest is history.
For whatever verdict is handed down the Supreme Court decides merits of Berg's lawsuit. If without merit it will be dismissed. If merit they will render their verdict which is final and the end of the subject.

Rule 10. Considerations Governing Review on Writ of Certiorari
Review on a writ of certiorari is not a matter of right, but of judicial discretion. A petition for a writ of certiorari will be granted only for compelling reasons. The following, although neither controlling nor fully measuring the Court's discretion, indicate the character of the reasons the Court considers:
(a) a United States court of appeals has entered a decision in conflict with the decision of another United States court of appeals on the same important matter; has decided an important federal question in a way that conflicts with a decision by a state court of last resort; or has so far departed from the accepted and usual course of judicial proceedings, or sanctioned such a departure by a lower court, as to call for an exercise of this Court's supervisory power;
(b) a state court of last resort has decided an important federal question in a way that conflicts with the decision of another state court of last resort or of a United States court of appeals;
(c) a state court or a United States court of appeals has decided an important question of federal law that has not been, but should be, settled by this Court, or has decided an important federal question in a way that conflicts with relevant decisions of this Court.
A petition for a writ of certiorari is rarely granted when the asserted error consists of erroneous factual findings or the misapplication of a properly stated rule of law.
I personally hope this is worked out to Obama's favor.
BTW I predicted the market would drop 1000 pts. the day after Obama was elected I was close after 2 days it has dropped 485 + 425 = 910. At least gas in these parts is down to under $2.50.
Tommorrow maybe people will realize that the threat of higher taxes, capital removal, and trickle up economics is really cool and they'll start buying again.
Historically the markets improve by almost 2 points between election and inauguration, still plenty o'time for them to recover.

In my mind, Obama was elected and he will be my President. I wish him well because if he does well, so does this country. If he goes left - as it already appears he is doing so with his staff appointments, he will not be successful.

We the citizens are simply asking for PROOF as we assume nothing when reasonable doubt has been raised. Filing a lawsuit was the only way PROOF could be demanded since questions about citizenship had gone unanswered for two whole years prior to the election.
Writ of Certiorari was dated October 24, 2008, Supreme Court docket dated Oct 30 2008 Petition for a writ of certiorari before judgment filed. (Response due December 1, 2008).
News story dated November 1, 2008 stated Obma's birth certificate had been verified, however that birth certificate has to be presented in evidence to the Supreme Court since the suit was filed before the birth certificate was verified. Supreme Court also has to accept it as valid. Court seems to work that way.

Notice, PLEASE, that I did not indicate any loyalty to Mr. Obama himself; whomever happens to be president is entirely incidental to me. My obligation is, and always has been to my country, to MY America. To that end, I believe it's my duty to do anything I can to help make this a better place to live and raise our families. That includes supporting our president, no matter what his political affiliation, unless and until he gives me a reason to distrust him or his word (being a Democrat does not qualify, in my opinion). Should this come to pass, I'll be happy to admit how wrong I was, and you can all beat me with sticks if it'll make you feel better.
I was in the Navy when Clinton announced that he would allow gays to join the uniformed services. Before they settled on the current "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy, entire divisions from all branches were lined up to resign their enlistments and commissions, citing Breach of Contract. Military and civilian legal minds got together and discovered that these men and women could indeed quit the armed forces under the claimed breach since, when they joined up, their contracts stated that gays were not allowed to serve in the military. Personally, I didn't care; the perceived offense of being gay didn't affect a person's job performance, and I had no interest in what gay people might do when they're not on duty. My point is that, in 1994, we came within a hair's breadth of a disastrous and possibly unrecoverable reduction in our military defensive personnel, and all because tens of thousands of enlistees and officers jumped the gun and overreacted to something that never came to pass. Would the same result have materialized without the world-wide protest? Probably, because it was finally decided that the Constitution did not specifically exclude gay people from its guaranteed rights and freedoms, so the new policy was adopted and installed. Many troops didn't like it, but it seemed to be a reasonable compromise that we could all live with.
What I can't seem to wrap my head around is the BRAND loyalty that's being exhibited over the recent elections. Republicans historically disagree with anything Democrats might utter, and vice-versa, but the two major parties are not football teams to be rooted on by their respective fans in the bleachers. Whether Obama is good for the country or not remains to be seen, but the hard reality is, he was elected President of the United States by an overwhelming majority, and the message is very clear: America is sick and tired of the status quo.
The blame for the current condition of America can only be placed on the people we've elected in the past. WE didn't do this, THEY did, so WHY do we INSIST on pledging our undying loyalty to one party or the other, especially since we've all been royally screwed by BOTH??? I mean, you can still cling to your conservative views, or liberal ones, if that's your preference, but NONE of these people are worth the blind, undying loyalty most of us bestow upon them. It's like saying you trust a member of the American Legion more than you would a member of the VFW, simply because of the club he belongs to. I like Lou Dobbs's analogy. He said, "The two major parties have become like two wings of the same bird." Line them up side-by side, and we won't be able to tell the difference; BOTH parties exhibit and practice self-interest over that of the people, BOTH parties are completely out of touch with mainstream America and BOTH parties circle the wagons with amazing rapidity when one of their own needs protection from the law. To be fair, the mess we're in is partially our fault, because we did let things go unchecked for way too long. However, the liberties taken and the atrocities committed by elected officials in the past were not suggested by the people of this nation; those ideas and schemes were conceived and executed by those we trusted to represent us and our national interests, so our liability ends with casting our votes.
I must admit that I'm somewhat concerned about Obama's recently-announced cabinet choices, and the writing on the wall is beginning to make me a little nervous. However, they haven't been confirmed yet, and it's still too early to make the call with any degree of certainty, so I'm willing to give the man his chance. Realistically, it's the only choice we have, with the notable exception of throwing ourselves into complete denial. Let's not forget that the same thing happened when Bush took office; the Democrats opposed him and his party at every turn, and we ended up here. It should be obvious to all of us that this approach simply doesn't work; we need to do something else.
Now, I'm NOT suggesting that the opposing party should just throw up their hands and give in to anything the party in power puts forth, but there MUST be some degree of bipartisan cooperation to temper that inherent opposition, or NOTHING will actually be accomplished. Over the years, our government has become one of the PARTY, by the PARTY and for the PARTY; the constant infighting, finger-pointing and rumor-mongering serve only as annoying distractions from very real issues that need to be addressed in the interest, and for the sake, of our beloved country.
We can sit here and whine and complain and moan for the next four years, or we can roll up our sleeves and work as a populace to create a more perfect union. I don't believe Obama is the Messiah, a product of divine intervention or even Superman, but our friends and neighbors have said they want him to lead our nation out of the mess it's in now. We're NOT going to have him replaced with John McCain - it just ain't gonna happen, and we should all be adult enough to accept that. This isn't the playground, and we aren't arguing over who gets the ball anymore.
Obama can't do anything by himself, and he has admitted that; he needs the help and support of the American people, and I believe it would be in our best interest to at least TRY to get ourselves out of the mess we've helped to create by burying our heads in the sand for so long. We've tried to ignore the problems facing America today but, for some reason, they still haven't gone away. Maybe it's time we stand up, brush the sand from our hair and try a new approach, this time with our eyes open. If WE don't overcome the difficulties our nation currently faces, Obama might be the last president elected in America, and our heritage will fade into legend, known and spoken of only in stories passed down through subsequent generations in foreign lands. If that happens, we'll have only ourselves, and our petty political differences, to blame.
If the election had turned the other way, if McCain had been elected, these discussions and opinions would still be here. The roles and arguments would be reversed, of course; Republicans and conservatives would be crying that McCain won, and that the Dems and liberals should simply accept that and move on. Well, it didn't come out that way; WE LOST. That's it; Game Over once again, and this time they won, but that does NOT signal the end of the world as we know it. We've elected Democrats to the presidency in the past, and we're still alive; our nation remained intact. Then we elected a Republican to lead us. Once we became dissatisfied with that regime, we again elected a Democrat, and so on, an
and so it will continue forever and ever (knock on wood). It's not a disaster, and it's not even a calamity that Obama was elected. It's simply America exercising her ability to change the political season from a cold, cold Winter to the promise and new possibilities brought about by the following Spring. If you're a die-hard Bush fanatic (more football mentality), you can view it as a change from Fall to the worst blizzard you've seen in all your born days. Regardless of how you choose to perceive the change, it's not going to go away, no matter how hard you pretend, wish or pray.
It's not pleasant, and I'm not happy that things didn't go my way this time. In fact, this is the first time since 1968 that I have failed to accurately predict the winner in a presidential race. Rather than being bitter about being wrong, I'm actually somewhat amused by it, because it tells me that people really are beginning to wake up, and I find that to be very encouraging. It means that the common man has finally found his voice, no longer to be silenced by his own political ignorance or apathy.
If Obama doesn't perform as promised, I'll lead the charge to have him impeached. Until that time, he's going to need our help and our support if we're going to pull out of this tailspin. We've finally reached a point where we can look past the color of a man's skin, but we can't look past his party affiliation, which apparently spells doom for almost half of the American people, while the remainder celebrate their good fortune. You don't have to convert your political religion to support our new president, but you should at least support the majority of Americans, your friends and neighbors, who have clearly stated their choice for either the new leader of the free world, or the free leader of the New World, depending on how you choose to view it.
Let's give it 100 days or so, and then we can judge whether the path Obama has chosen for us is the right one. We can sit here and lament McCain's defeat until then, but in the meantime we should try to work together toward the common goal of getting America back on her feet again.
