Try again! “Under the law, a person who is an IMMIGRANT is a person who is ADMITTED (SEE THAT WORD?) to a country for PERMANENT (SEE THAT WORD?) RESIDENCE, LEGALLY (SEE THAT WORD?) under the LAW (SEE THAT WORD?).” So, tell your double talking hypocritical liberal friends to SHUT UP already. Get some <snip> facts will you please? The ILLEGALS are NOT ADMITTED because they VIOLATED OUR LAWS TO GET HERE!

“It’s inaccurate to call ILLEGAL ALIENS “Undocumented Immigrants” on both counts, because, first of all, most of them HAVE documentation, and a lot of it FRAUDULENT because many of them are committing IDENTITY THEFT (LGS: LIKE OBAMA!), and they HAVE documents, but they are HERE illegally, they are living here in VIOLATION OF OUR LAWS, some of them have OVER-STAYED A VISA, and that is ILLEGAL! That makes them ILLEGAL ALIENS!

They are NOT IMMIGRANTS either, because under the law, a person who is an IMMIGRANT is a person who is ADMITTED to a country for PERMANENT RESIDENCE, LEGALLY under the LAW.” The people the President wants to give work permits are NEITHER OF THOSE! They are ILLEGAL ALIENS who are being given permission (LGS: IN VIOLATION OF LAW) to work, AND collect BENEFITS (LGS: PAID FOR BY  YOUR TAX DOLLARS), and the burden will be felt by American Communities who are forced to absorb these people…”

When we won independence, our initial governing charter, the Articles of Confederation, had no executive at all. When that did not work out, the framers of our Constitution created a limited government with separate, co-equal branches of government, including an executive branch controlled by a president. Congress and the courts would check the president’s power.”

 

AS AMERICANS, REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT, WE SHOULD HOPE AND PRAY JUSTICE HANEN IN TEXAS SANCTIONS OBAMA’S SORRY BEHIND! IF HE CAN DO THIS, THEN THERE IS NO NEED FOR CONGRESS, AND THE NEXT PRESIDENT CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TOO (INCLUDING DEPORT OBAMA!).

BROWNSVILLE, Texas— A federal judge who has blocked President Barack Obama‘s immigration executive action suggested on Thursday that he could order sanctions against the Justice Department if he rules it mislead him about when exactly the administration began implementing one of the measures.

During a sometimes testy court hearing, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen went back and forth with the Justice Department over whether it had MISLED him into believing that a KEY PART OF OBAMA’S PROGRAM WOULD NOT BE IMPLEMENTED before he made a ruling on a request for a preliminary injunction. In fact, federal officials had given more than 108,000 people three-year reprieves from deportation before that date and granted them work permits under a program that protects young immigrants from deportation if they were brought to the U.S. illegally as children.Obama’s executive actions would spare from deportation as many as 5 million people who are in the U.S. illegally. Many Republicans oppose the actions, saying only Congress has the right to take such sweeping action. Twenty-six states led by Texas joined together to challenge them as unconstitutional. Hanen on Feb. 16 sided with the states, issuing a preliminary injunction blocking Obama’s actions.

Hanen chided Justice Department attorney Kathleen Hartnett on Thursday for telling him at a January hearing before the injunction was issued that nothing would be happening with regard to one key part of Obama’s actions, an expansion of the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, known as DACA, until Feb. 18.
