How does Adolf's determine its best-traveller List?

As anyone can see in my website each daily,the best-traveller list
reflect the sales of lottery the sales of lottery in hundreds lotteries states.
Each week those stores submit sales figures of the most popular game,and this informatiom
is fed into my computer,which comes up with the top fifteen traveller states in seven categories:
west coast,upper mid coast,mid coast,upper northeast,east coast,lower east coast,
south coast.
