he was being carried because he hurt his ankle he was already injured he just had neck and spinal surgery he was supposed to be at home resting not dealing dope. he ran several blocks that in itself could have caused his fusions to come apart. however tragic this is he should have been placed in an ambo not a paddy wagon.

now here is where it gets confusing the cops who caught him knew him because they arrested him so many times before, they didn't know he had surgeries all they wanted to do was get him booked. The cop who drove the paddy wagon might have taken him for a joy ride. this is not a fun ride and since we have know way of knowing if he was thrashing about on his own accord or if he in fact was being tossed around during the ride.

There are rumors going around , he was injured in a car accident, earlier.

Sorry guys ,the Baltimore News Reporter from Baltimore have debunked that story of any surgery on any part of this young man's body , less on having a broken anything. They 're just throwing crap against the wall and trying to see what will work for them. There have to be justice service whether it was an accident or a deliberately done. That's the only way certain segments of the population will have faith in our Judicial System .

Baltimore has a Judicial System search engine, his case for his injuries is documented as well as all the crimes he committed as an adult his juvenile record is closed but reports state his has a juvenile record too. A passenger in the paddy wagon said he was banging and kicking while inside the wagon and stated there were no sudden stops or wild driving involved. That whatever happened to him was his own fault.

That's an insult to the family and all involved to say , he's dead because of his own action. It's no fault of his own. I as many others think this one will turn out different . The main thing here are they don't have a smoking video to prove to many that this was a clear case of brutally. However they 're not going to believe this kind of shenanigan from policemen that's clearly hiding something.

no body knows what happened to Gray but Gray. The coroner says it appears as though Gray struck a bolt with the back of his head he just had neck surgery to fuse his neck. It is very possible he broke his own neck.

There will be additional Investigation follow ups on this. Get the complete truth before you start throwing indictments around. The prosecutor only went on initial investigation assuming the cops were guilty. If they are guilty, then by al means they need to be prosecuted but if there are solid doubts about Mr. Gray then all venues need to be fully explored.
