".........not everyone will want to celebrate with you when your dream begins to become a reality.  I think you'll find that people will fall into two groups:

Firefighters:  These people want to put out the fire that you have for your dream.  No matter what you're for-they're against it.  The way these kinds of people criticize everything, you'd think they get paid for it.  And nothing you do or say can change their attitude.

Firelighters:  These people want to help you and are willing to do what they can to stoke the flames of your success even higher.

When you're trying to realize your dream, sometimes you'll be surprised by which people want to light your fire and which ones want to put it out."
