Why not.
President Obama lays off workers day in and day out with EPA regulations.
Cut workers and hours with Obamacare.
That takes balls to do that.

I don't see why not. If a person can come in and have 9 billion go missing under their watch, I would say, it's a matter of preference. Either before or after what difference would it make...!
