For those too weak, lazy, or afraid to face the truth, it basically says that Bush essentially 'caused' Al Qaida in Iraq and the organization simply evolved from there..after having been weakened by the famous surge.
But, Obama is supposed to completely fix something that was stirred, in its' entirety, by his predecessor. When more Republicans can begin to accept responsibility for the way things are, our country can and will get better...in a hurry. As it stands, though, EVERYTHING is the Democrats' fault.
