It seems he did, in fact, go looking for blacks to tangle with even as far as to go rolling through a black neighbor. Granted, it's his right to where ever he wants and do what he wants but, you know there are repercussions with something so sensitive as this. Why didn't he roll through the WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD with his flag? His friend says he's not racist but, he was antagonizing blacks throughout his escapade. Go figure.
