Their agenda won't allow them to. Some through their own stupidity believe it is impossible for minorities to be conservative on certain issues.

Personally, I just don't see them wanting any minority voters and it's largely because of how it's been within their party for decades past. It's kinda like Speedy said above, they don't think that we possess any conservative views but I maintain that we all have more in common than we do different...because the problems at hand don't discriminate. Only the solutions cause discrimination and people won't sit down and have MEANINGFUL dialogue on the issues as opposed to arguing and pointing the finger.
