There is a difference, One had no Proven experience, while the other has Proven Business experience.
The choice is rather obvious...!

MD, they don't understand the intelligence difference. Obama could have a dozen degrees and still be ignorant. When I use the expression, " educated beyond your intelligence", it is a very true statement. I have many years of experience seeing it in action.
