I guess the best way to use the "One Number" Chart is to look for any state that has 3 digits in all 3 positions out 10 or more drawings at the same time.  Example: Florida Eve Sat 9/2 Digits 4, 3, 7

The winning number was 7-4-0

The only states that are close to the 3 digits out 10 or more draws are:
