Bullcrap! Serena is too much of a professional to let something like that cause her to lose. She had much praise for the lady that beat her. Serena said she played insane. She wanted it more than she did. She did not make any excuses. That made me respect her even more.

Her match with Venus, took too much out of her, sapped her drive. It would have been nice to see her win.
