Being in IT for so long.........since the days of punch cards........cobal fortran pascal concurrent DOS to today I am still surprised how little people know about the devices that they revolve their lives around every day........hilly's class of users are the most dangerous, lots of money,  desire for tech,  and no stinking idea how it works so they rely on people that "sound" tech savvy.  Burn baby burn.
