A little known Georgia Lottery Historical fact that don't many people know about. It happen Thanksgiving Morning of 1999 back when I came on the radio every week day morning during the local feed for the Doug Bank's Radio Morning show. I called in to the station like I always did at 8:00 am. The morning DJ. for Macon's  WIBB, Greg Roberts introduced me to the radio listeners. And I proudly declared this to the radio listeners of 25,000: As you know tomorrow is Black Friday and I Mr Lottery is sending everyone shopping. I want everyone to play 000. And what do think hit Midday in Georgia on that day "000"!!! To this day that was and still is the highest payout for 000 since the Lottery first started in 1993.
