Well, it's just like a STOCK that has all the room available to rise while it's low or rock bottom. As it rises, and rises, and rises, as the article plainly states, ROOM FOR GROWTH IS MINIMIZED AND ULTIMATELY IT STOPS GROWING...ONLY TO DROP. See, I keep trying to tell people that all these scenarios ARE BASED SIMPLY ON NUMBERS. It's better to remain low and gradually increase steam as it get's closer to crunch time as opposed to coming right out of the box FULL STEAM AHEAD...only to lose that steam in the end.
