Ignored because it does not suit Obama's agenda.

First of all, Chicago doesn't have 'the strictest' laws in the land although years ago, it was forced to loosen their laws. These criminals are finding loopholes, just like with anything else, to get their hands on guns illegally AND ILLEGAL GUNS. Gangs and conflicts are the contributing factors here kinda like it was in Compoton, Watts, and Long Beach with the Blood and Crips. Here's a write up that most people ignored 'cause it was very telling:

So, in turn, they stand on the ideology here of this: "Listen, the President wants to implement gun control on good, responsible, law-abiding people when his own state has the strictest laws anywhere and also the highest rate of killings." Further more, when Obama gave his comments on the Oregon shootings, every single talk radio and news show show, outside of the one I listen to, completely left out where he credited "scores of good, responsible, law-abiding gun owners." They left that out, commentator #1, because it didn't suit their agendas either.

Everyone knows a single swipe of the pen ain't gonna fix the problem but, we've still gotta do something. tanTrump said in his interview today that 'mass shootings are PREVALENT especially here" and there was on the spot proof that backed it up. It's too easy to get guns, people...cut and dry. I could care less about legislation on how many guns because IT ONLY TAKES ONE TO KILL A BUNCH...and then reload like he did. He had a total of (14) legally purchased guns but, only needed and used (1). But, he had the same obsessions and mental issues as the past killers which means strict background checks and tracking of these types of traits. It's not easy to fix but, we can't keep ignoring it, either.
