She is one the reasons, Blacks will never achieve equality. She is a   fool, if she thinks she can't be fired, because she has tenure.

Carbo never is a strong word used by bigots and racists. Also in order to be fired when one has tenure you have to commit a crime that is a felony, moral turpitude, or crimes that are sexual in nature.
